CUSTOMISING SCREW CAPS

We can now also inexpensively customise closures for e.g. canisters or tank lids according to your wishes and ideas.

We use two different techniques for this:

With letterpressing, your individually designed motif is already imprinted in the product during the injection moulding process. Economically, the letterpressing method is especially advantageous for you when large quantities need to be manufactured.
The second variant is the customisation of your caps using the downstream pad printing process. This process starts after the injection moulding process and allows you to use up to four colours for your logos, lettering and images. The pad printing process is particularly suitable for safety information, as its striking appearance especially emphasises the content. This printing method is economical even in small quantities.
