Bad Lauterberg

In our production plant in Bad Lauterberg we assure the production of 20 injection moulding machines with a clamping force ranging between 25 and 150 tons. Semi-automatic as well as fully automatic production processes are conducted here. Thus we can optimally meet the demands of our many customers for various precision plastic components. Furthermore, both our headquarters and our tool shop fitted with the state-of-the-art equipment are located here. Sollstedt

In our production plant in Sollstedt we produce up to 15 injection moulding machines with a clamping force ranging between 150 and 350 tons. Fully automatic production processes predominantly take place here. This plant focuses namely on large-lot production in the Just in Time process. In this plant we manufacture highly complex structural components using the injection and gradual multiplexing process. These include, among others, fully automatic pressing, bending, assembly, and covering of electronic elements and objects. A further speciality of this plant is the production of high-precision and high-strength products of PPS and other highly technical thermoplastic materials.

Písek

In our production plant in Písek, Czech Republic we produce up to 13 injection moulding machines with a clamping force ranging between 50 and 500 tons. The plant was established purely for the production of brake fluid reservoirs and, in recent years, it has further developed with a focus on the manufacturing of highly technical structural PA and PBT components. The plant in Pisek specializes in the deliveries to our customers in the Central European and East European regions. This plant operates strictly in accordance with the methods of lean management.
