Body housings & Housing Components

The requirements for body housings are often completely different depending on the task specifications. One may be used to arrest the printed circuit board, another then to fasten the sensor unit for ESP system, which can be found in almost every vehicle today.

With still other body housings, a so called soft component is sprayed to them to fix, for example, an ultrasonic sensor.

We always perform this by using the two-component implementation process. Of course we also simultaneously spray two more covers with two coated hinges on the housing in order to facilitate assembly for our customer as much as possible.

Our body housings find further use in medical devices used to save lives. Among other areas, they are also used in rescue service helicopters.

We support our customers in the correct selection of materials. The crucial factor always stems from the application manner and customer requirements.
